- SCT thread end cap / dust plug with standard 2" SCT MALE thread
- Use as an end cap for SCT female threaded accessories such as diagonals, spacers, etc.
Caveats/Limitations:
- Not for use with SCT male threads like those on SCT telescopes. See item D-04 for those applications
- Not for use with items threaded for 2" astronomy filters. See M48 threaded end caps/dust plugs for those items
- Not for use with Meade or Celestron SCT focal reducers. These reducers have a recessed female thread, and the threads of this end cap are not long enough to reach and engage with the reducer threads
