Built to Adapt — Interchangeable Lenses & Modular Optics
What makes it stand out? The Askar V includes two interchangeable objective lenses—the V60 (60mm) and V80 (80mm)—and ships with three optical accessories: a reducer, a field flattener, and an extender. With just a twist, you can configure your scope to match your imaging goals—from wide-field nebula shots to tighter galaxy frames.
V60 Triplet APO:
- 60mm aperture | 360mm focal length | f/6
- Compact and lightweight, perfect for wide-field imaging
V80 Triplet APO:
- 80mm aperture | 500mm focal length | f/6.25
- More reach for smaller deep-sky objects
3 Included Imaging Accessories
V Reducer – Capture more sky in less time
- Widens your field and speeds up your system
- Reduces focal length to:
- 270mm (f/4.5) with V60
- 384mm (f/4.8) with V80
- Perfect for large nebulae and quick exposures
V Flattener – Sharpen the edges
- Corrects field curvature and keeps stars sharp across the frame
- Maintains focal length:
- 360mm (f/6) with V60
- 495mm (f/6.18) with V80
- Ideal for high-resolution sensors and full-frame imaging
V Extender – Reach for the fine details
- Increases magnification for smaller galaxies or lunar shots
- Extends focal length to:
- 446mm (f/7.43) with V60
- 600mm (f/7.5) with V80
- A great tool when you want to punch in tight
