The Antlia LRGB Dark series filters 50mm are designed with a full visible spectrum curve with specific wavelength ranges: L:400nm-710nm, R:595-705nm, G: 495-605nm, B:410-505nm for high signal-to-noise ratio and contrast imaging in deep sky full-spectrum photography.
The LRGB dark series filters are made of quartz glass, which has exceptional thermal and mechanical properties due to its ultra-low thermal expansion coefficient. These filters offer remarkable durability for imaging and research in the most challenging environmental conditions. Meanwhile, in astronomical imaging, the deformation of star points induced by environmental temperature variations can be effectively minimized.
The Antlia LRGB Dark series filters achieve an exceptionally high cut-off rate. This requires advanced equipment and increasing coating layers to block unwanted spectral bands, ensuring superior optical performance and enhancing product quality.
The LRGB Dark series filters are ideally paired with Antlia SHO 2.5nm Ultra Narrowband filters, as both utilize the same quartz substrate and refractive index, ensuring superior parfocality.
